Zhytomyr Energo is the official mobile application from JSC Zhytomyrblenergo and LLC ZHOEK.

After downloading and registering in our mobile application, the following functions will be available to each subscriber:

- Control of an unlimited number of personal accounts
- Control of the transmitted indicators of Zhytomyroblenergo meters
- Transmission of Zhytomyroblenergo meter readings online
- Monitoring of ZHOEK charges
- Payment for electricity supply services online

How to register in the Zhytomyr Energo mobile application?

Unlike the personal account of Zhytomyr Energo or ZHOEK, registration in the mobile application of Zhytomyr Energo takes no more than two minutes of your time.

All you need is:
-Install our mobile application
-Indicate and confirm your contact phone number
- Come up with a password
-Indicate your email address



How to add your personal account number?
1. Find your personal account number on your electricity bill from ZHOEK.
2. Enter your personal account number in the menu for adding a personal account and your last name.
Done! Your personal account number has been successfully added. Now you can transfer meter readings, see the history of charges and indicators, as well as pay for light directly in the application.

How to pay for Zhytomyr Energy electricity using the Zhytomyr Energo mobile application?
1. Go to the "Payment" menu
2. Enter the amount of your payment.
3. Go to the next menu and enter your bank card data required by the system
Done! Your payment has been successfully completed and your debt amount will be instantly updated!

How to view the history of my meter readings?
Go to the menu "Enter Zhytomyroblenergo indicators". Under the score entry menu, your score history will be displayed.

When do you need to transfer meter readings?
According to the current rules, the transmitted indicators with dates two days before the end of the month and 3 days after are equal to the indicators at the end of the month. That is, the transferred indicators with dates:

01.01.2021
02.01.2021
03.01.2021
Postponed to 12/31/2020
